Fine print

School policies, in plain words.

The rules a parent agrees to at enrolment, written the way we would explain them across the registrar's desk.

Fees and payment plans

The fees for each grade are published on the fees page before enrolment opens, and the assessment form at enrolment uses exactly those figures. A payment plan is chosen at enrolment: paying in full takes the published discount off tuition; every instalment plan adds its published surcharge once, and the total is split into equal dues on the dates printed on the assessment.

Discounts and government grants

Sibling discounts apply on their own when the same parent pays for two or more enrolled children. Early-enrolment, scholarship and employee discounts are applied by the registrar on proof. An ESC grant or a voucher is taken off your dues at assessment; if the government later disallows a grant, the amount returns to the account.

Late dues and promissory notes

A due not paid by its date stays on the account and appears on the overdue list; we call before we write. A parent who needs more time may sign a promissory note naming the date they will pay. A broken note, or a balance at the end of the year, may place a hold on records: report cards and transfer credentials are released once the account is settled, as DepEd allows.

Withdrawal and refunds

A learner who withdraws is charged a share of the year’s fees by when the school is told, on the scale in force for the school year (a smaller share before classes open, a larger one after each week of classes, the whole year past the last rung). The registrar works the figure out on paper — fees, share kept, payments, refund or amount owed — and the withdrawal is approved before anything moves.

Payments made online

A bank or GCash payment reported through the parent portal is a claim until the cashier finds it and issues the official receipt. Only an official receipt is proof of payment.

Grades and records

Grades follow DepEd Order 8, s. 2015, and are released after the principal approves them. A change to an approved grade needs a written request and the principal’s approval. Certificates and transfer credentials are requested at the registrar and released on the date given.

This website

The information on this site is given in good faith and kept current by the school office; if a figure here and a signed assessment form ever disagree, the assessment form governs. Do not use the forms to send anything other than your own enquiry; the spam check and the rate limits are there to keep them working for parents. The site’s design and text belong to Campus Academy. Questions about these terms go to the registrar.
