Admissions

Four steps to the first day.

Apply online, meet us for an assessment, see your fees on paper, and reserve the slot. Nothing to print and no queue to stand in.

How it works

  1. 1

    Apply online

Fill in the form below — five minutes, no uploads. You get an application number at once.

  2. 2

    Entrance assessment

The registrar calls to schedule a short reading and numeracy assessment, and a talk with the parents.

  3. 3

    Your fees, worked out

Once accepted, we assess the fees on the payment plan you choose, with every discount and grant you qualify for applied.

  4. 4

    Reserve the slot

Pay the first due (or the whole year) and the slot is yours; the section is assigned before classes open.

What to bring

On assessment day.

  • PSA birth certificate (a photocopy; bring the original to compare)
  • The last report card (SF9), or the Kinder progress report
  • A certificate of good moral character from the previous school (Grade 1 and up)
  • Two recent 2×2 photos
  • The Learner Reference Number (LRN), if the learner has one
  • For an ESC grant or a voucher: the previous school's certification

Questions parents ask

Is there an age requirement for Kinder and Grade 1?

A Kinder learner turns five by 31 August of the school year; a Grade 1 learner turns six. We follow DepEd's cut-off.

Can my child transfer in the middle of the year?

Yes, when a section has a seat. Bring the report card with the quarters completed so far; fees are prorated from the month of entry.

Do siblings get a discount?

Yes, and it is automatic: the second child of the same payer gets a discount on tuition, and the third child and up a larger one. The current percentages are on the fees page.

What if we withdraw after enrolling?

The refund follows a published scale by week of withdrawal, and is worked out on paper by the registrar before anything is signed. See the school policies.

Do you accept ESC grantees and SHS voucher holders?

Yes. The grant is netted from your dues at assessment, so you pay the difference from the start rather than waiting for a refund.

Apply

The application.

One form per child. The registrar reads it the same school day and calls you to schedule the assessment.

Your details are used only for this application, as set out in the privacy notice.

The application form could not be loaded just now. Please try again in a few minutes, or message the registrar.
