What we collect, and what we do with it.
This site collects only what you type into its forms. This notice says what that is, why, who reads it, how long we keep it, and how to ask about it.
Campus Academy (“the school”) is the personal information controller for this website. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), its implementing rules, the issuances of the National Privacy Commission, and DepEd’s orders on learner records.
What each form collects
Admission application
- What: The learner's name, birth date, sex, LRN and previous school if you give them, the grade and campus applied for, and the parent's or guardian's name, mobile number and e-mail.
- Why: To schedule the entrance assessment, decide the application, and — if the learner enrols — open the learner's record.
- How long: If the learner enrols, as part of the permanent school record DepEd requires us to keep. If not, one year from the decision, then deleted.
Message to the registrar
- What: Your name, e-mail, mobile number if you give it, the grade it is about, and your message.
- Why: To answer it, or pass it to the person who can, and to book a campus visit.
- How long: Two years from our last reply.
Parent portal look-up
- What: The enrolment number and the birth date you type.
- Why: To show that learner's account and approved grades — and only if both match.
- How long: Not kept. The look-up is answered and forgotten; the API counts tries per connection to stop guessing.
Payment report (bank or GCash)
- What: The enrolment number and birth date, the payer's name, the date, the amount and the reference number.
- Why: For the cashier to find the payment and issue the official receipt.
- How long: With the receipt, as long as tax law requires (ten years).
Learners are minors
Every learner’s information is given by a parent or guardian, and treated as sensitive. Grades, attendance, health notes and the account are read only by the people whose work needs them — the adviser and subject teachers, the principal, the registrar, the cashier and the accountant — and never used for marketing.
Who reads it
The registrar and the principal for applications and messages; the cashier and the accountant for payments. E-mails are sent through our messaging provider, who handles them only to deliver them. Government programmes (ESC, the voucher programme, DepEd’s learner information system) receive what the law requires them to. We do not sell your details and we do not share them for anyone else’s marketing.
Photos
A photo of a learner appears on our website or social pages only if a parent said yes to that, in writing, and that consent can be taken back at any time. This website uses drawings, not photographs of learners.
What this website keeps in your browser
campus-theme(local storage): whether you chose the light or dark look.campus-opened(session storage): that the opening animation has played this visit, so it plays only once.

Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you or your child, have it corrected, object to its use, have it erased or blocked where the law allows, take a copy of it, and complain to the National Privacy Commission. Ask the registrar, or write to us. We answer within fifteen working days.
